Wait For It: San Francisco Awaits Hamilton National Tour (Photo)

As previously reported by Luner on Theatre, Hamilton will launch its first national tour in the spring of 2017 in San Francisco, California! (Click here to read the full article!) The show will run in San Fran for a limited 21 week engagement at the San Francisco‘s SHN Orpheum Theatre! However, with over a year still until the national tour launches, Hamilton is wasting no time building up the hype on the West Coast for Broadway’s hottest hit of the 2015-16 season. Today, Luner on Theatre brings you a look at a huge new advertisement now in place for Hamilton in San Francisco more than a year ahead of its national tour launch!

The huge advertisement, located at 8th and Market Street, is of course located at The Orpheum Theatre. It’s larger than life takeover at the intersection only builds the hype of the Broadway blockbuster launching in San Francisco next spring. A brilliant reminder that San Francisco will soon be home to (If I dare say), The Room Where It Happens. In addition to the national tour, Hamilton is launching an open-ended run of the show in Chicago and is expected (But not yet confirmed!) to bring the show across the pond to London’s West End in 2017. For more information, visit Hamilton’s Official WebsiteFacebook or Twitter. (Please note; Unless a photo is noted to be taken by Luner on Theatre, we do not own/claim ownership for any photos used in this post.) And of course, check out the rest of Luner on Theatre for all your theatre news you don’t only need but want to know and so much more!
