Heathers is a new musical with music, lyrics and a book by Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy. The musical is based off of the popular 1988 film of the same title and began in Los Angeles in Fall 2013 before moving Off-Broadway in the spring 2014 (Pictured Left). The musical follows Veronica Sawyer as she finds herself wrapped up amongst the “Heathers”. Think Mean Girls of the 1980’s as school drama, friendship and romance all come into play as Veronica finds out just how much she is willing to pay to be a part of the click.
