Luner Lowdown: American Psycho has at last locked in its cast for its American premiere on Broadway later this spring. In a season filled with blockbusters, Psycho has managed to remain one of the highly anticipated shows coming direct from a sold-out London premiere. The show has also scored acclaimed already with fans casting Walker, beloved for his performance in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, as well as bringing back Alice Ripley and Jen Damiano who have been sorely missed on Broadway. Ripley was last seen in her Tony Award winning performance in Next To Normal while Damiano flew into Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark. The production comes highly anticipated featuring music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik, currently represented on Broadway with the Deaf West revival of Spring Awakening. I am very excited for this musical and see exactly what this production is all about.

Luner on Theatre will continue to keep you updated on American Psycho as the production heads to Broadway this season following a sold-out London premiere! As previously mentioned, the Broadway bow comes early following the production skipping a previously planned Off-Broadway American premiere.
