The troublemakers are back in town! You’re not anyone really until your poked at during Forbidden Broadway, the hilarious Off Broadway spoof of Broadway productions that has returned once again to New York City. However, this hilarious routine that appears every so often in New York has managed to make itself new once again this year. Forbidden Broadway: Comes Out Swinging! has done something no other Forbidden Broadway has ever done before. The musical spoof just recently opened after playing the entire spring season, adjusting and adding gags as musicals opened on Broadway! Featuring a talented cast including Carter Calvert, Scott Richard Foster, Mia Gentile and Marcus Stevens with David Caldwell on piano, you’re in for a treat when you visit this latest rendition of Broadway gags hitting New York once again. Forbidden Broadway: Comes Out Swinging! is now officially open at The Davenport Theatre which has just been refurbished! The show returned February 22nd in previews and continued its preview period adjusting as the season unfolded beginning March 17th! The show officially opened on May 4th as the Broadway season came to a close and the show’s many routines and gags were finalized.
