Jasper In Deadland in Rehearsal (Photos)
Ryan Scott Oliver and Hunter Foster‘s Jasper in Deadland tells the story of a 16-year-old boy who makes his way into and through the afterlife in order to save his best friend. While looking for Agnes, his best friend, he encounters demons, mortals, gods and monsters from just about every point in history. From mythological characters to the Romans to the Greeks, Jasper encounters just about everyone who has ever lived during his journey forcing him to question what exactly does it mean to die but more importantly, what exactly does it mean to live? Today, Luner on Theatre brings you a first look at Jasper in Deadland now in rehearsals for its New York premiere!
Jasper in Deadland is set to begin performances March 16th, 2014 at the West End Theatre in the Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew! The show will officially open on March 26th and run through April 13th. The production is directed by Brandon Ivie (AD on A Christmas Story, The Musical and First Date) featuring choreography by Lorin Latarro (Waiting For Godot and Scandalous).
