First Look At The Magic: Disney Previews Technical Aspects of Aladdin the Musical

The magic of Disney is no secret to its fans. The company, known for creating magic in movies, parks and so on, never fails to do so on stage as well when it comes to Broadway. Aladdin the musical features a scenic design by Tony Award winner Bob Crowley and costume design by Tony Award winner Gregg Barnes. Both of these men have done serious homework before executing their designs so they not only are bringing to life a Disney classic on stage but a period accurate piece of theatre as well. Disney’s Aladdin will fly into The New Amsterdam Theatre on Broadway tomorrow! Previews are scheduled to begin February 26th2014 and the show will officially open on Broadway March 20th. Disney’s Aladdin is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw.
