Do You Hear The People Sing: Les Miserables In Rehearsal (Photos)

To the Barricades! The world’s greatest musical is returning to Broadway at last. Les Miserables, which features  music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, original French lyrics by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel, with an English-language libretto by Herbert Kretzmer, tells the story of Jean Valjean. The musical, based off of Victor Hugo’s novel of the same name, tells the story of the convict who spends his entire life trying to write his wrongs. While avoiding Javert at all costs, the french revolution breaks out and we are introduced to many characters who tell the story of the french during this incredible period in history and their stories which forever changed during this time.  Today, Luner on Theatre brings you an exciting first look at rehearsals for the highly anticipated Broadway return of Les Miserables!
