Encores! Kicks Off 2014 Season with Little Me (Photos)

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, we aren’t talking about Christmas that’s long past. The 2014 Encores! season is here and has officially kicked off with Little Me, featuring a book written by Neil Simon, with music by Cy Coleman and lyrics by Carolyn Leigh. The musical tells the story of the infamous Belle Poitrine, a self invented celebrity, who spends her entire life looking for wealth, fame and a position in society she deems acceptable. The production stars Rachel York as young Belle, Judy Kaye as older Belle and Tony Award winner Christian Borle as all six of Belle’s oddball lovers. Today, Luner on Theatre brings you a first look at the 2014 Encores! season opener, Little Me!







Little Me will run at Encores! beginning February 5th and run through February 9th only! Tickets begin at just $30 and can be purchased at the New York City Center box office located on 55th street between 6th and 7th avenue! Little Me is directed by John Rando featuring choreography by Joshua Bergasse.
