One of the nation’s best-selling novels has come to life on Broadway in a brand new stage musical. The Bridges of Madison County, written by Robert James Waller, has come to life on Broadway in a brand new stage musical featuring music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown with a book by Marsha Norman. The story tells the tale of married woman in Iowa in 1960 who finds herself wrapped up with a visiting photographer in the town. Not only do the two of them discover the bridges of Madison County, but they explore their potential relationship outside her pre-existing marriage.
