Outer Critics Circle Winners Announced

On May 16th, the winners of the 2011 Outer Critics Circle Awards were announced! As promised, Luner on Theatre is bring you all the big winners! We kicked off our new Awards Season with the Outer Critics Circle Nominations and have followed it with many more awards announcements and soon, winners!

The big winners for the 2011 Outer Critics Circle Awards are War Horse, The Book of Mormon and Anything Goes. Each production scored four awards. Each of these productions also scored the highest honors in their categories with War Horse winning Best New Broadway Play, The Book of Mormon winning Best New Broadway Musical and Anything Goes winning Outstanding Revival of a Musical (On or Off Broadway).
